1. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made via waggyswheels.co.uk.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
- Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Service
- Waggys Wheels provides transport and supervised exercise for dogs.
- We take all reasonable care to ensure your dog’s safety and wellbeing.
- Owners must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their dog’s health, behavior, and vaccination status.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Customer Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
- Service Cancellation: In rare cases, we may cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle issues). A full refund or alternative booking will be offered.
4. Health and Safety
- Dogs must be vaccinated and free from contagious illness before using our service.
- Aggressive or unwell dogs may be refused service.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
5. Liability
- Waggys Wheels is not liable for injury, illness, or loss unless caused by our negligence.
- We carry insurance for transportation, but owners must ensure their dog’s health is suitable for the service.
6. Website Use
- You may use our website for personal, lawful purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse content without permission.
- We are not liable for website downtime, errors, or external links.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and text on waggyswheels.co.uk are our property and protected by copyright.
